Vision
Our Story
Lanka Realty Investments PLC is a listed firm on the Colombo Stock Exchange with commercial operations spanning over five decades. The firm was subjected to a takeover on the 24th of October 2017 by a consortium of British and Sri Lankan investors acting in concert.
Subsequent to the takeover, the managing partners embarked on restoring good governance and positioned the company for growth. Our core focus is real estate investment and development in the commercial, residential and leisure sectors. We aim to invest and develop in a sustainable manner and help forge communities whilst partaking in Sri Lanka’s exciting future.
